Produced by grinding the quinoa seed. 100% quinoa.
Provide essential amino acids, fiber, vitamins, minerals, iron and magnesium.

It can be mixed with other gluten free fours instead of using wheat flour.
It is better to include it using a 10% or 15% when cooking.
